The project “Upgrade of the Rijeka port infrastructure – Port Community Information System” enables the finding of an IT solution which will be used, after development, by other Croatian freight ports. The project will contribute to the improvement of regional transport flows and better multimodal integration and interoperability.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES
Design and construction of a unique standardized port information system that is compatible with the CIMIS system (Croatian Integrated Maritime Information System).
PROJECT GOAL
PCS implementation improves the efficiency of communication between members of the port community, avoids multiple information inputs, optimizes the circulation and timely reception of information and secures data from unauthorized access.
DOCUMENTATION
- On November 7th in 2017, a Grant Agreement no. INEA/CEF/TRAN/M2016/1365949 was signed between Port of Rijeka Authority and INEA. The total value of the project is EUR 1.660.000,00 EUR (and it is co-financed from the Connecting European Facility (CEF) with a share of 85% with the maximum contribution of EUR 1.411.000,00.
- On April 10, 2019, the contract for the development and delivery of PCS system worth HRK 8,003,100.00 (including VAT) was signed with the companies ACTUAL lT d.o.o. (Žminj, Croatia) Actual IT d.d. (Koper, Slovenia) and Integra Group d.o.o. (Zagreb).
